Experience:

Kelly has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. In addition to working in outpatient clinics, she has worked in Saginaw County schools as a mental health consultant, has provided programs and treatment at many community agencies, and worked at a domestic violence shelter and for a sexual assault program. Kelly has done public speaking throughout the community, provided wellness groups to service providers and was the Court appointed custody evaluator for the County. She has also facilitated many groups ranging from parenting, divorce adjustment, play therapy, and groups for children/adolescents. Kelly has also been the clinical supervisor at two prominent community agencies. Kelly therefore has extensive experience and skills.

Kelly has personally traveled her own healing journey and has embodied what she has learned through her experiences. She is keenly aware of what is possible when you learn to have compassion for and acceptance of yourself, learn to live life on life’s terms and to trust yourself. Her greatest joy is helping others to experience the same.

One of the most common “issues” Kelly has seen in her clients is the feeling that they are not “enough,” in some way. This feeling of not being enough leads to depression, anxiety, stress, relationship problems, addictions, and the list goes on.

If you are or your loved one is ready to say “enough!” then Kelly would love to work with you. Kelly helps people identify how they are stuck and how to move forward. She assists people in learning how to trust themselves, how to heal themselves, and to begin to live authentic lives.
