Working with Kelly.

Kelly utilizes numerous modalities, philosophies and techniques to help her clients increase their sense of peace and wellbeing. Of most importance, the client’s preferences and readiness guides the overall process.

Some of the skills and tools that Kelly brings into the therapy are Brainspotting, EMDR, energy psychology tools and hypnotherapy all which are found to be highly effective and help her clients achieve amazing results. Kelly also does a lot of work with the “inner child” and other “parts” to help heal and integrate at deep levels. Because Kelly recognizes the importance of a holistic approach, addressing all aspects of our being, she is trained and certified in other modalities as well; Kelly is a certified life coach, certified trauma specialist, ordained spiritual counselor, holistic health and a certified transpersonal NLP practitioner and hypnotherapist.

Kelly sees her work as comprising of three “prongs:” helping clients reprocess and integrate problematic memories that contribute to the presenting challenges (rather than focusing on just the symptoms themselves), teaching skills such as mindfulness to gain a broader understanding of who you truly are and to connect with your essence as peace and wholeness, and assisting clients in understanding their feelings and how they are felt in the body which assists in truly understanding and transforming emotions through a body-mind connection. Kelly does not see these “prongs” as moving through a linear process but rather being holistic in that any session with a client can incorporate any techniques or modalities and this will impact each other prong; nothing in the process is separate. Kelly has experienced that working in this way is essential for true healing and transformation.

Kelly has helped HUNDREDS of clients move from a place of feeling stuck to a place of freedom and happiness. Because she comes from a place of nonjudgement and openness, along with being intuitive and laid back, clients easily connect with her and in that space, find the courage to face their fears and with assistance and acceptance, move beyond them. You do not need to allow your fears and feelings of unworthiness to hold you back from what you want and deserve to have in life.

From a client:

“Kelly, I have gotten more out of working with you for a few months than I have with working with other therapists for years. Every time I leave you I feel like I know myself better and what to do to “get better!” Thank you.” -anonymous
