By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered through Kelly Lewis Counseling& Healing, in any fashion you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following:
1. You are 18 years of age or older.
2. 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. Results of sessions vary.
3. Any information, communication and/or consultations (other than with counseling/psychotherapy services) with Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing are for educational and spiritual purposes only.
4. No reading or session provided by Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical (mental and physical), legal, financial, business and/or psychological.
5. Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation or work with Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing.
6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing, their heirs, relatives, agents or assignees.
7. Payment Policies: Readings/sessions are paid for in advance and are non-refundable unless a 48 hour notice is given, at which time a 50% refund will be offered.
8. Readings or healing/coaching sessions are non-refundable except in the case of the client feeling truly dissatisfied. Should this rare situation arise, Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing will offer a complimentary reading to rectify the situation. If the client is still not happy then a full refund will be given. Kelly Lewis Counseling & Healing wishes all clients to feel satisfied with their sessions and seek to give the highest service possible.
9. By choosing to undertake a reading or healing session, you agree that you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
